Winter Wonderland

No matter how much we complain about the long and cold Wisconsin winters we have to admit that it's beautiful here any time of the year.

Looking out my back door

Still, it's hard not to wish for warmer temperatures, sunny days, boating on the Chain, picnics in the park...

  3. Your front and backyards are gorgeous! We had an abundance of snow in December in northwest Washington. It was appreciated for about two weeks, then I was happy to see it melt away. I can understand your longing for warmer weather.

  4. The snow is beautiful. I miss the rural setting. Being in NYC for the winter is great, but you don't get to see many views like that!!!

  7. I have the same view, across the big lake in MI! What a wonderful blog....my first look...I found you over on JMS. That's quite a history of your store. It's so wonderful when you can follow something so far back. I will go check out the store...

    Be warm!

  9. I came here from Junk Market Style and instanly saw we chose the same template for our blogs--Ha! We've only vacationed in Wisconsin and I love it there! Your pictures are so beautiful and how wonderful to live there! I wouldn't want to move because I am where I'm supposed to be, but it's fun to see where others are. I especially love your front door view!
